Live Fish & Aquatic Animals:

• We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee. If your fish arrives dead (DOA), notify us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos.
• No refunds or replacements if the fish is left unattended after delivery.

Aquarium Supplies & Dry Goods:

• Unused and unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  
• Items must be in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Used aquarium setups, opened food, and live plants are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety concerns.

Return Process

• Contact Us: Email our support team at email_id with order details.
• Provide Proof: Attach images if requesting a refund for DOA fish.
• Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds & Replacements
